fuctifano.com is the result of one person's feelings of desperation, frustration and devastation for more than a decade and recently there was even a little inspiration thrown into the mix for a little bit of balance! Now, after overcoming years of trepidation, it has taken lots of perspiration and determination to give this a go and make it happen!!! The goal for now is to enjoy even a little success and then have a right good celebration! 

As someone who has battled his own demons for decades to the point of hopelessness, finding the strength to actually take the step of starting this small business is a massive win… This is one of many small steps I am taking as I aim to take back control of my life! I hope to do so by offering an amazing clothing range which has quality, style and a whole lot of humour as its main assets…

In some of my darkest of times, I rediscovered my love of art and creativity, which temporarily gave me some respite from the challenges in my mind! I then used the skills I learned during this time to help raise awareness (when I was able to) of Mental Wellbeing but sadly for me, on many, many of these days I was in such a ‘dark place’ absolutely nothing mattered. I often tried to make sense of this bizarre world we live in and the point of being here… deep, I know; but sadly, it's quite incredible how many people actually think the same thought! Then, out of the blue, an answer just 'came to me'… FUCTIFANO!!! (Translation for anyone who doesn’t understand… “I have absolutely no idea whatsoever, or more concisely stated, F#cked if I know!”)

At this point, after laughing out loud at the simplicity and absurdity of this amazing Scottish word, a little inspiration flickered and the idea of creating some cool and stylish designs using this amazing ‘word/phrase’ commenced! Fast forward nearly 6 years (fear and anxiety are very real) and I am now ready to see if I can step back into the ‘real’ world and hopefully enjoy some of the great things Life has to offer! Lots of smiles and laughter is top of the list to begin with!
